1. Who is United4Healthcare?
 

United4Healthcare is an independent company founded in 2009 and located in Chicago, IL. 


United4Healthcare mission is to work towards ensuring that the American people are heard.

 

With the Ethical Code of Conduct (Code), United4Healthcare sets the rules of behavior to be applied to its business activities. The purpose of the Code is to disseminate its principles throughout, giving United4Healthcare, the people and firms, with whom it entertains business relations, a distinctive mark identifying them on the market.

2.  Why should I become a subscriber?
  • You want to see a change in our healthcare system and you do not have the time  on a consistent basis to do something about it.
  • You want to see a healthcare system that supports prevention and treats the causes not just the symptoms.
  • You want the security of knowing that if you will become ill you will not lose everything because of the high costs of medical care.
  • You want your voice to be heard in unity with others to ensure that a working solution is found and implemented.
  • You want the federal government to stay out of how you are treated medically.
  • You want the federal government to have a stronger influence in healthcare issues.
  • Healthcare costs and treatment are a big issue for our country.  Public opinion states that pharmaceuticals and healthcare providers concentrate more on the bottom line instead of our well being. You want to make sure that is not the case and you want the insurance and pharmaceutical companies and/or our government to know where you stand.

    3. How does this program work?
    You subscribe via our website by selecting the subscription of your choice.   Every month we will author and send letters on your behalf to the individuals and/or organizations who have a direct impact in the way our healthcare is provided and works in the state that you live in.  You can select the message you want sent by selecting one of the options in the drop down menus. If you chose "Other", please send us an email with your position on the issues and we will prepare letters stating what you send us.
     
    By sending letters every month and in unity, our voices will be heard and we will be able to help the direction healthcare laws, policies and  issues are managed by our government, our healthcare providers and insurers.  As the number of subscribers continues to grow, healthcare decision makers will hear us and will be able NOT ignore us. In unity and in numbers there is the power to make positive change!
     
    4.  How do I know who is my state representative?
    United4Healthcare will find out who your state representative and other officials are.
     
    5. Can I select additional representatives?
    Yes. You can let us know via email who to send the letters or you may allow us to determine who to send them to.
     
    6. How will charges be applied?
     
    Once you’ve selected the subscription you want, reoccurring monthly charges will be set up and your credit card will be billed automatically.
     
    7. How can I refer other people?

    What is your email collection and use policy?

    Through United4Healthcare.com, our subscribers may take advantage of the many services and features available online.  In order to provide you with our services, you must provide us with certain necessary information.  United4Healthcare treats all of your information with the utmost care for your privacy and security.  United4Healthcare does not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose subscriber lists names, addresses, birth dates, email address or other individually identifiable information (collectively "personal information") to unaffiliated third parties.     12. Tell-A-Friend
    If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address.  We will automatically email your friend, inviting him or her to visit the site.  United4Healthcare may store this information to correspond with your friend and track the success of our referral program.

    Your friend will be notified they may contact customercare@United4Healthcare.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

    If you change your mind about receiving special newsletters and other information from United4Healthcare, simply send us an email and specify the types of correspondence you'd like to receive.  You may opt-out of receiving information from United4Healthcare by sending an email to customercare@United4Healthcare.com
